You will lead from the front with your extensive skills and knowledge to support your wider team of leaders (4 direct reports).About the role | Ko te mahi neiManaging the maintenance teams that support our community parks (incl; Cemeteries, sports parks and neighbourhood parks).Liaising and directing both internal team and external contractors.Be a key contact and act as service manager for key parks contracts.Work with managers across the parks unit to ensure quality standards and customer service expectations are met.This role requires a high level of organisation which will allow you to coordinate and allocate staff in the unit.
You will have a high level of skill and experience as an operations manager or equivalent role in a medium to large organisation.Skills and QualificationFormal qualification or significant proven experience in contract management specializing in Parks management or similar.Minimum 10 years relevant experience.Minimum 5 years in an operational leadership role.What's in it for you?
