$130,000 - $135,000 (Based on experience)Our latest opportunity | RWR HealthWe are very excited to announce our latest opportunity to be part of the highly anticipated new development within one of New Zealand's leading Private Hospitals.Our goal is to identify a Charge Nurse Manager, who is excited by the prospect of bringing their experience and knowledge to a bespoke environment which has been perfectly designed to cater to the needs of 7 Current Theatres they have, and be a valued Leader as this grows to 10 Theatres and 17 beds in Mid 2025.Well known as one of the top and most diverse Private Surgical Hospitals in the country, this Hospital was designed with a focus on being warm and friendly, whilst also offering the highest levels of clinical innovation and care.The PACU Team supports a diverse and engaging list of specialities which include Orthopaedic/Spinal, Head & Neck, ENT/ORL, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Colorectal/Gastro, Gynae, Urology, Neurology, Oncology, & reconstructive Plastics (incl free flaps).
They also provide clinical services such as ICU & HDU.The RoleThis opportunity will see you directly report to and support the Theatre Services Manager, whilst you manage and lead a dedicated and passionate team of Registered Nurses and a Team Leader.You will be responsible for overseeing both operational and clinical oversight for the department ensuring that only the highest standards of clinical care and performance are delivered.You will be working primarily a roster of Monday to Friday, allowing you to enjoy a positive work-life balance, whilst still working within your dream role, without compromise.For us, a leader with an expert level of exposure across multiple surgical specialities (under a PACU lens) is essential as we have a strong desire for the team and patients to be led by someone who is both equal parts passionate and experienced.These are the essentials to be considered for the opportunityNZ Registered Nurse with a current APCRelevant clinical postgraduate qualification e.g.
