What sets Just Property apart in the industry is their dedication to integrity, top-notch service, and genuine relationships.About the RoleAs a Senior/Property Manager reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a portfolio of residential properties around Wellington while collaborating with a skilled team and utilising industry-leading software.You will:Oversee a portfolio of residential properties.Professionally resolve client and tenant queries.Manage rent reviews, arrears, and advertising.Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and agreements.Conduct viewings and assess applications.Nurture positive relationships with tenants and clients.You will bring:3+ years' experience as a Residential Property Manager in NZ, managing your own portfolio.Experience in applying and advising on the NZ Residential Tenancies Act.A valid New Zealand driver's licence.Strong administrative skills & multitasking abilities, good attention to detail.A Charismatic and approachable persona with excellent communication skills.Authenticity, resilience, and a strong team spirit.About YouYou are a self-motivated professional who excels at multitasking and has a passion for communication, organisation, and problem-solving.
