Where making an impact matters.As a member of the Mortgage Adviser Partnerships Support team, you will gain valuable insights into our partner market and Relationship Lending Managers application assessment process, product pricing, AML compliance, and documentation procedures.
This team is responsible for onboarding customers who have selected Kiwibank or NZHL as their home lender through one of our Mortgage Adviser Partners.Drawing on your administrative and customer service experience, you will seamlessly onboard our valued home loan customers.
You will receive and upload the home loan applications, ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation.
You will contribute to creating a smooth and enjoyable home loan journey for our customers, making Kiwibank their 1st choiceThis is us.
Where your expertise matters.We will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but it would be great if you understand the various types of documentation customers provide when applying for a loan.
Knowledge of the ways mortgages can be structured through different products and facilities would be an advantage.
We would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:A recent Graduate in a relevant discipline such as Business, Financial Services, Commerce, EconomicsGenuine interest in a career in Residential Home LendingBanking, administration, customer service experience.Growth mindset, willingness to learn and adapt to change.Understanding of home loans or personal lending would be nice but not essential.High accuracy and speed in your work.Take pride in the service you provide.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.In your CV please explain why you are interested in a career in Residential Home Lending.Apply Now – applications close on 25 February 2025.
