You will be adaptable, empathetic, and able to navigate the complexities of working within a custodial environment.
Strong relational skills, cultural competence, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.Your expertise in trauma-informed care, assessment, and intervention planning will be highly valued.

Utu a-tau | SalaryThe salary range for the role is $83,286 - $133,370 per annum.
Frontline Psychologists also have the ability to work towards additional allowances and allocated professional development funding.
Part-time and flexible work arrangements are available to ensure a work-life balance tailored to your needs.
Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
In addition to salary, you will be entitled to five weeks of annual leave after one year of service, increasing to six weeks after four years of continuous service.
