This role is based at Nelson Hospital, and you will engage daily with our people at every level of the organisation.

About the Team/Service/Location Health NZ (Nelson Marlborough) is the main health provider for the top of the south.

For more information on the Nelson/Tasman region visit You We are looking for an experienced and energetic self-starter who is confident, pays close attention to detail, has a sense of humour, and the passion to make a real difference to enable our communities to live well, stay well, and get well.
You will bring several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the health sector or other complex environment.
Your communication skills will be second to none, so too your commitment to providing excellent customer service.
You will display confidence in prioritising not only your own workflow and managing your deadlines but in managing the workflow and deadlines for Senior Executives.
You will be working as part of a high-performing team and will consistently display confidentiality and discretion.
