Your Role: As a Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of clients.
Duties will include:
Offering proactive client support in the space of tax compliance and providing strategic business advice to help clients achieve their financial goals.Reviewing year-end financial reporting and monthly management reporting for your team to ensure accuracy.Team management - mentor and develop professional staff.Lead by example in creating a culture of accountability, integrity, customer awareness, team spirit, ownership and reliability.CA Qualified.Experience with managing team members.Self-directed.An eye for improving efficiencies and processes, as well as enhancing the team's SOPs.5 years + experience.
