With over 130 practices nationwide, we are the heart of every New Zealand community and want to ensure we are providing the highest standard of care to our patients & ongoing support to our clinicians.Lumino Mount Eden is looking for a reliable Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our close-knit team on a Permanent and Full-time basisAs the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded DA/Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.
Your varied responsibilities will include:Greet patients, review their medical history and answer any questions they may have.Take payments and make appointments.Provide patient care and education, such as teaching them proper oral hygiene techniques.Maintain sterilization and assist in customer-facing duties.Exhibit a warm and positive attitude with a team-oriented approach.Demonstrate strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.Possess computer savvy skills with the ability to pick up things quickly.Show excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.The LocationOur practice is one of the largest and busiest in the Lumino family, boasting a dedicated team of 4 dentists and 4 hygienists/therapists.
Many of us have worked together for over a decade, creating a warm and fun atmosphere that our patients appreciate.With the ability to work between Lumino Mount Eden and Ponsonby, you will get the opportunity to be exposed to different demographics and areas and overall hone in on your DA skills in new environments.Applying with Us?
