Join us.We're looking for a Land Information Memorandum Officer to join our high performing Building Services team.What you'll be doing / He aha te mahiYou'll be undertaking Land Information Memoranda research, investigation and compilation ensuring it is completed within the statutory timeframes and processed accurately.The role will involve:Ensuring that all legislative requirements are adhered toRetrieval of appropriate and relevant property information using numerous electronic databases and hard copy resources including QLDC operating systems, GIS, District Plan, Hazard Maps, building and subdivision filesLiaising with other council departmentsDealing with customer enquiries, providing an excellent level of customer serviceProviding backup to the PIM team when requiredWhat you'll bring to the role / Ko wai to PukekaYou will have two years' experience in a building environment or administrative role and have an understanding of the LIM process.
