If you're passionate about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.About the RolesAs a Production Worker or Paper Machine Operator, you'll be a crucial part of our pulp and paper operations, focusing on either recycled or Kraft paper production.
Reporting to the Production Manager, your role will involve: Operating and monitoring machines and plant equipment within the paper mill.Supporting processes such as stock preparation, winding, finishing, and quality control.Troubleshooting mechanical issues and ensuring optimal plant performance.Maintaining high safety standards and adhering to operational procedures.
What We're Looking ForWe're searching for individuals with: A background in operating Paper machinery & working in production environments.Previous experience in a pulp and paper mill (Kraft or Recycled)Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.A proactive approach to teamwork, safety, and achieving production targets.Willingness to work in physically demanding environments with heat, noise, and rotating shifts.Completion of Year 12 or a Trade Certificate is advantageous.
