As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work collaboratively with other Senior Leaders and will be responsible for leading our Commercial Team.As the Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of strategic leadership, with the goal of optimising our opportunities by ensuring commercial best practice is followed.
You will also maximise value and minimise risk and cost to Naylor Love, maintaining excellent customer relationship management.It is essential that you can work with various stakeholders in Dunedin, and that you will be able to build and maintain relationships with various clients, consultancies, and sub-contractors, and as such, you will be an effective communicator.Minimum RequirementsIt is expected you will hold the appropriate qualifications, and able to demonstrate a proven track record in quantity surveying/commercial management with significant experience in a senior role.
You will be commercially astute and possess good negotiation skills with experience in procurement, contract and financial administration.
