The unit is expanding the bed base and as a result we are growing our workforce.
The clinical caseload will cover ICU and HDU level patients, as well as working across the team to support the acute inpatient caseload.
There is potential scope in the future to work in a rotational respiratory model.The position is part of our inpatient physiotherapy team at Wellington Regional Hospital treating patients across all specialities at the hospital.
The role sits within our cardiorespiratory mini-team, consisting of expert, experienced and rotational physiotherapists.
Cover will be required across the hospital as service needs indicate.This role also includes on-call and weekend working commitments, covering Wellington Regional Hospital - adult and paediatric patients.About the TeamThe Wellington Physiotherapy Team works predominantly in the inpatient setting at Wellington Regional Hospital.
