Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the key liaison between our internal and external customer enquiries, assisting with order placement, changes, returns, and cancellations.
What would be your key responsibilities? Respond to consumer enquiries/feedback in a professional and courteous manner.Maintain communication and closure of incidents to ensure business and consumer/customer satisfaction.Process promotional and pricing claims.Handle order processing.Liaise with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, freight, and warehouse suppliers.Generate reports and analyze trends associated with contact data.Build sound business relationships internally and externally through service responsiveness and applying customer and promotional knowledge.Report hazards and accidents through the appropriate reporting methods. What are we looking for? Experience working in a Customer Service or Supply Chain environment.Data entry speed and accuracy.Strong diligence, professional manner, and excellent communication skills (written and oral).Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
