About the role:

In addition to being pivotal in delivering high quality product in line with the production schedule daily, the role holder is expected to develop a high performing team through engagement and building capability.

The canning and blending plant is operational Monday to Thursday on 12-hour shifts.
There will be two shift teams, alternating between days (6am to 6pm) one week, and nights (6pm to 6am) the next week.
The Shift Manager is expected to be actively involved on the floor, alongside their team, for the full duration of every rostered shift, for a total of 48 hours per week.
