About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Outlet Manawa Bay store. This role is a part-time position working 38 hours/week.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets.
Drive a high-performing team committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling.
Maintain store operations including stock management and visual merchandising.
Previous experience in people management, coaching, and delivering feedback is ideal.
