You'll ideally have a background in campaign coordination or account management and thrive in a collaborative environment where you help to bring creative ideas to life.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management are essential, as well as the ability to take broad ideas and shape them into clear, structured deliverables.
You'll manage timelines, track project progress, and assist in developing briefs and go-to-market plans to help drive effective campaign rollouts.
This role also plays a key part in refining ways of working, driving continuous improvement in campaign execution.A Typical Day Might Look LikeCoordinating a campaign kick-off session in Miro, supporting alignment across teams and stakeholders.Staying on top of timelines in JIRA, checking in on task progress, and keeping production workflows on track to get final assets to markets on time.Working with external partners on content capture, fine-tuning deliverables lists or reviewing offline edits to keep everything aligned with the campaign vision.Drafting marketing communications plan to help set the stage for a successful campaign rollout.Reviewing creative assets and providing feedback to ensure they hit the mark on campaign objectives.Keeping campaign materials and information updated in shared spaces like Miro or Teams, sharing key updates to keep everyone on the same page.You're Going To Love This Job If YouHave at least 1-2 years of experience in campaign coordination or account management, and are eager to grow your expertise.Are highly organised, juggling multiple projects and stakeholders with ease.Enjoy collaborating with others but are also comfortable taking ownership of your projects and running with them.Can write clear, structured briefs that help guide teams to deliver great work.Have some experience with digital tools like JIRA or Miro.Thrive in a dynamic environment where you can proactively solve problems and keep things on track.Have some experience working on shoots, supporting creative teams, and ensuring the content aligns with campaign goals.Are passionate about refining processes to improve efficiency and make things run smoother.Are comfortable working with global teams, sometimes adjusting your schedule to collaborate across time zones.Enjoy a mix of working flexibly and collaborating with your teammates in the office.It's an exciting time for us right now as we surge towards some steep growth goals and industry-leading innovations.
