You're a key piece of the puzzle, taking great care to make sure every single thing is cleaned and sanitized to the highest of standards.
ResponsibilitiesFollows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural trainingWashes and provides clean and sanitized plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, kitchen utensils using Flanigan's sanitation policiesCleans and sanitizes throughout shiftMaintain kitchen area cleanliness ; sweeps, mops, removes debris from floor, etcPerform assigned prep work, opening/closing duties, beautification dutiesPrepares and maintains dish machine at opening, during business hours, and at closingQualificationsCan physically stand/walk 100 % of shiftCan reach, bend, stoopCan immerse hands in water frequently, diluted with chemical solutionsAbility to speak, read and write EnglishAble to lift up to 50 lbs.
