About the roleProvide leadership for the team on shiftLeading and developing the health and safety cultureSetting and achieving production priorities with the emphasis on production efficiency, throughput, and status reportingContribute and implement continuous improvement of shiftWill lead by engaging with the team on the shop floor and work with them to solve issuesAbout you Supervisory historyEffective communicationGood leadership/people managementExcellent understanding of health/safety proceduresComputer LiterateYou will enjoy working for a business that is conscious about what we do, how it operates and our impact on the environment.
