Acupuncturist

We are looking for an Acupuncturist to join us full-time at our multidisciplinary clinic in beautiful Wanaka.About us:Laryn Allied Health is a multidisciplinary clinic comprising 1 Acupuncturist, 1 Osteopath, 1 Massage Therapist / Myotherapist, and 1 full-time clinic practice manager.We operate from our beautiful clinic in Wanaka where each practitioner works independently but within a supportive team setting.We work closely with specialists, surgeons, and midwives when cases are outside of our scope to ensure the best outcome for each patient and have an excellent referral system in place.
Likewise, they refer patients to us when the services we provide can be useful towards a patient's healing.We have regular team meetings where we come together to share clinical cases, do CPD, or have a speaker present to the team.Everyone in the clinic is encouraged and supported in continuing to broaden their level of knowledge in their field of expertise as well as any other area they may wish to learn about.Competitive remuneration is offered for the right candidate.About you:Must be registered with Acupuncture NZ and the Chinese Medicine Council of New Zealand.Must be registered with ACC.Must have a valid work visa or be eligible to work in NZ.Have experience in TCM, moxibustion, cupping, and acupressure.
Chinese Herbal Medicine is preferable but not required.Must be currently in New Zealand.2+ years of experience is preferred; if the right candidate presents themselves, we may consider a new grad.Must speak good English to a level that is acceptable within a clinical environment.We are looking for someone who is passionate about their profession and eager to learn and grow with the team.You will be taking over an existing patient load.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as an Acupuncturist?Which of the following massage styles do you have experience providing?
