If this is you, then we would welcome your application for the position of Therapeutic Practitioner.The RoleThe role of the Functional Family Therapist is to provide intensive clinical treatment services to children, young people and their families with serious and/or complex mental health, behavioural and/or emotional needs to maximise their developmental potential.
You will deliver the evidence-based model for families of children aged 0-17 years within the family's home environment across the Riverina region.
Comprehensive training in this evidence-based model will be provided to the successful candidate.The successful applicants will work within a supportive and passionate team at Riverina Medical & Dental Aboriginal Corporation to deliver these services and to ensure the best culturally appropriate therapeutic outcomes for Aboriginal children, young people and their families and to families who come from a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.Who we areRiverina Medical and Dental Aboriginal Corporation (RivMed) is a long-established Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation in the heart of Wiradjuri Country.RivMed work to effect change in the most marginalised and vulnerable people in our community.
