Based in Kaikohe, you will be part of an integrated health service delivering essential mental health support within a custodial environment.
Your focus will be on providing evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment to those in our care, contributing to their overall wellbeing and rehabilitation.You will be working with individuals experiencing complex mental health needs, including trauma-related presentations.
This role involves conducting assessments, formulating support plans, and delivering interventions tailored to meet the needs of tangata whaiora.
You will also collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance the delivery of holistic and recovery-focused health services.This permanent full-time role offers flexibility, including potential for part-time arrangements.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to positive change while developing your own clinical skills in a unique and rewarding setting.The salary range for the role is $83,286 - $133,370 per annum.
Frontline Psychologists also have the ability to work towards additional allowances and allocated professional development funding.
Part-time and flexible work arrangements are available to ensure a work-life balance tailored to your needs.
Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
