The end-to-end service we offer means customers can rely on us to ensure they walk out with the right product for them – through live demonstrations, the offering of support and advice, and delivering and installing purchases.Job DescriptionAs a Delivery & Installation team member at our Distribution Centre, you and a buddy will be responsible for the delivery and installation of whiteware products in our customers' homes.
You will receive full on-the-job training and have someone with you every step of the way to help guide and mentor you with the support from our awesome leaders.
No two days will be the same, you will get a huge range of variety in this role and never know where you'll find yourself having your lunch breakIn this role, you will engage with customers to find the best way to bring the product into their home, unpack and install it as well as removal of old appliances and packaging if requested.
With this role often being the last point of contact with our valued customers, you have a great opportunity to create a memorable customer experience.
We often get compliments from our customers telling us how amazing our delivery team areThis is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours + per week) - Tuesday - Saturday.Hours are commonly 7:00am – 4:00pm but a level of flexibility will be required as start and finish times can be subject to change depending on delivery schedule for the day.QualificationsThis is a physically demanding role that requires someone with a good degree of strength, who can keep up with our fast-paced environment.
