The purpose of this role would require you to review and process SAP Customer and Pricing Master Data requests as per SLA.
Support data improvement, business projects, training and process efficiency.
Conduct testing and ensure controls.ResponsibilitiesProcess daily Customer Creation & Maintenance requests, ensuring data accuracy, SLA compliance, and correct EDI setup.Manage customer and material records in B2bE and ensure proper setup in SAP.Respond to Customer Changes Mailbox within 48 hours and resolve EDI order failures with CSC.Provide weekly reports on customer master data, update test scripts, and execute controls.Perform data clean-ups, support GTM strategies, and contribute to business priorities.Coordinate payer and sold-to setups with stakeholders and update training materials.QualificationsProficient in SAP Customer Master Data management.Strong organizational, prioritization, and self-starting abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Customer-focused approach with both internal and external stakeholders.Innovative problem-solving and business process orientation.Skilled in data extraction, analysis, and exception reporting.Good understanding of Commercial Business Processes, teams, and roles.Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint (Intermediate).Advanced skills in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced).Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.For youWe offer a competitive benefits package.Access generous leave options (e.g.
