As we continue to grow, we are looking for an accomplished Principal Hydraulic Building Services Engineer to lead our hydraulic team and drive excellence in project delivery and technical expertise. Role Overview: As a Principal Hydraulic Engineer, you will lead hydraulic building services design and project management for a range of complex projects. This is a strategic position, involving leadership of project teams, client relationship management, and technical innovation in hydraulic systems. Your expertise will help shape the future direction of our hydraulic services and enhance our position as a market leader. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of hydraulic building services, including water, sanitary, stormwater, and gas systems for complex projects.Serve as the technical authority on hydraulic engineering, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high standards of design, compliance, and sustainability.Mentor and develop junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence within the team.Oversee project management aspects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, liaising with clients, architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to provide integrated project solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and environmental regulations.Actively participate in business development, including proposals, client meetings, and networking to expand client relationships and generate new project opportunities.Drive innovation in hydraulic engineering solutions, focusing on sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
