This position involves developing and managing quality control systems, conducting audits, and mentoring a team of Quality Engineers to achieve project excellence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality control systems and manage digital tools such as Visibuild and ConQA.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, including ISO9001 certification.Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.Provide leadership and mentoring to Quality Engineers.Deliver training programs on quality standards and procedures.Maintain detailed quality documentation and monitor subcontractor performanceThe ideal candidate will have:A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry in New Zealand.In-depth knowledge of building codes, materials, and modern construction practices.Proven experience implementing and managing digital quality management systems.Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving continuous improvement.Why Join?Lead quality initiatives within a top-tier construction environment.Contribute to high-profile and impactful projects.Be part of a supportive and innovative team culture.Enjoy opportunities for career growth and professional development.This is a rare chance to make a significant impact in a leadership role within a premier construction company.
