You will lead our talented team and ensure that every dish that leaves the kitchen goes out at the high standards for which we are renowned. This role is ideal for an inspired, hardworking individual, with a commitment to high standards and the ability to succeed and thrive under pressure.The successful applicant will:have a proven track record of reliability and consistencylead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team to achieve excellence every servicebe passionate about local produce and food trendswork with our Executive Chef to implement new menu concepts and regular specialsensure consistent quality and presentation of dishesmanage kitchen operations, including ordering and stock-taking to plan and manage food costsmanage and maintain our Excellent rated FCP records online with Chompfoster a positive, inclusive and collaborative work environmentWe're proud to offer a competitive pay rate of $40 per hour for this position.
