WHAT'S ON OFFER: Competitive Salary Work with a well-established & experienced team A range of amazing employee benefits inclusive of paid parental leave A friendly and supportive team environment Tool & shift allowances About the Role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager this role is primarily responsible for minimising equipment downtime, preventative maintenance and contributing to continuous improvement projects.
The plant includes a wide variety of equipment including hydraulic presses, conveyors, ovens, gantry cranes, powder coating and packaging.
Essential Skills:  mechanical trade qualifications ability to work shift work team player effective communicator ability to work rotating shifts Desirable Skills: ability to read hydraulic and pneumatic drawings hydraulic and pneumatic fault-finding ability About Capral Capral is Australia's largest aluminium extruder and a leading distributor of aluminium products.
