Sound knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation would be advantageousPrevious exposure or an interest in HR / Recruitment would be advantageous but is not as desirable as the ability to bring great energy and commitment to the roleA confident verbal communication style with professional writing skillsA reputation as a self-starter with a positive demeanour, and the ability to work quickly and be flexible in responding to any situationA proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsThe ability to multitask a range of activities with impeccable attention to detailWell-developed organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and manage your time effectivelyAbove all, you'll have a great work ethic; you will be proactive and willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
High levels of emotional intelligence will come naturally to you, along with a warm personality with a people centric approach.
