Are you looking for a career in education? ABC Teachers are offering a Trainee Cover Supervisor role in Secondary schools on a full or part-time basis. All training is provided internally by ABC Teachers. About the role The desired candidate would be working in the capacity of a Cover Supervisor, providing vital support to both teachers and pupils. This can either be full or part-time dependent on your circumstances.The suitable candidate would be provided with the appropriate training and support for this role.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a positive learning environment.Maintain discipline and manage behaviour in accordance with school policies.Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning.Adapt quickly to different subjects and year groups as required. About the school A great selection of schools in the Telford areaSupportive departmentsEasy to access via road and public transportOnsite parking RequirementsTo be considered for the role of Graduate Cover Supervisor- Training Provided you will: Have a warm and friendly nature to be able to build positive relationships with pupils.Be willing to work in Mainstream secondary school settings in the capacity of a Cover Supervisor.Live in the UK, have the right to work in the UK, and have a good standard of spoken and written English.Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship). Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
