This role involves:Leading and building a high-functioning village teamModelling best practice - co-design, observing, and providing feedback to support the growth of teacher effectiveness and impact particularly in the refreshed curriculum areasImplementing systems to manage the team's work plan e.g. assessment expectationsCoordinating across whanau meetings, agendas and communicating key schoolwide information and messages to ensure the village team feels well informedOverseeing and supporting your wider team in coordinating events, assemblies, and other village activities.
