We have many projects on the go and need more hands on deckWe're looking for a Leading Hand Landscaper to join our teamBased on the Hibiscus Coast and working North Auckland through to Omaha, no two days will be the same.What's on offer:Up to $55 per hour (depending on experience).Access to a company vehicle or allowance when driving out of zone.Paid training courses to learn new skills.Flash uniforms.A paid day off for your birthday.Exposure to a wide variety of interesting and challenging work.Career development opportunities.A supportive boss who genuinely cares for the wellbeing of the team.At We do Landscaping, we believe in acknowledging our team for jobs well done, encouraging open communication, and continuously improving as a company.You'll need:Excellence in Landscaping with multiple years of experience.Experience in paving, tiling, coping, constructing decks & pergolas, concreting, and brick/block work.Motivation and great organisation skills to keep projects on track.The ability to keep our Junior team engaged.Able to read plans and work to specifications and standards.Ability to calculate, check, and order materials.Any machine licences (excavator, bobcat, etc.)
