Head Cleaner

At Napier Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park, we are looking for a head cleaner to join our team.
The role requires you to be physically fit, detail-focused, efficient, and able to go with the flow. You must be able to work well with others, and cleaning experience is a must. You will lead a group of cleaners to drive improvements in the eyes of the customers and will be rewarded for collective improvements.
The role will be approximately 50% supervising other cleaning team members and 50% cleaning activities.
We have a range of rooms from units and motels to basic cabins – 26 units and 2 ablution blocks.
This is a permanent position with guaranteed hours of 35 per week. The hours are 8 am - 3:30 pm and are based on a 5-day roster system but do include weekends and holidays from time to time.
Remuneration will be based on applicants' experience but will start from $30 per hour plus bonuses based on performance objectives.
