If you are looking for a position where you can make a real impact and further your career, then we want to hear from youAbout the role:Enjoy working with clients and stakeholders and developing these relationships furtherCollaborate across a range of clients of all sizes from large family and corporate groups to individual contractors, investors and not-for-profitsDeliver business advisory services including management reporting, virtual CFO services, budgeting and forecasting, valuations, due diligence and other business related advicePrepare year-end financial statements and tax returnsGuide and mentor junior professionals including reviewing work papers and assisting team members with complex technical issuesVarious other operational and strategic responsibilities to help our business develop and evolveA background in agri-business would be an advantage but we have clients across most industries including property development and investingOpportunities to contribute and participate in internal and external training sessionsKey Skills:CA qualified and proven work experience as a senior accountant (3 years+ post CA qualification)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsNumerically and analytically savvyExperience with Xero and other accounting softwareEnjoy working with people and understanding our clients' businessDriven to do the best for our clients and peopleIn return:Scope to develop your career with ongoing professional developmentOpportunity for management responsibilities with relevant experienceA salary that recognises your qualifications and experienceActive social club – regular monthly activitiesAbout us:At Polson Higgs, our team of 50 have a caring, fun culture where we celebrate our successes.
