They have been in business for over 50 years and are one of New Zealand's most respected clientside project management firms, operating nationally.About the role:As the key Project Manager on most projects, your role will include scoping, coordinating, planning, and executing the delivery of a range of projects for clients in a variety of sectors. You will operate with their best interests in mind. You could be working on residential, education, hospitality, healthcare, technology, utility, environmental, and mixed-use projects, or a mix of all of the above. The appropriate candidate will therefore be comfortable running a number of projects at a time (with the support of capable management and dedicated support). All roles will be working Monday to Friday, with WFH options available. Forget weekend work, you'll be doing 40 hours a week with no Saturdays. We are looking for Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Project Managers for this one client, in Gisborne, Hawkes Bay, and Napier. Salary will be negotiated based upon experience and work history.About you:Bachelor Degree in Project or Construction ManagementDepending on level, 2 - 8 years' experience in Project Management, ideally on the clientside - builderside will be considered with the right experienceDemonstrated ability in the delivery of successful projects, on time and on budgetCommercially savvy with a collaborative mindsetSound NZ Construction knowledge, ideally with NZIA NZS contractsExcellent presentation, encompassing oral and written abilityWorked on New Zealand projects with a portfolio that reflects your skillsetNatural leader with superb time management and organisational skillsUnderstand the importance of OHS and adhere to strict safety on siteAble to communicate with key stakeholders and hold the attention of a roomMust be based, or willing to move, to Gisborne, Hawkes Bay, or NapierWhat you will get:Generous remuneration for the right personPermanent, full-time position with stability and a stack of projectsWork alongside high profile builders on career defining projectsSupportive, growing team of seasoned professionalsWorld-class working locations across New ZealandAbility to start immediately, though notice is of course fine tooAs an equal opportunity employer, those from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
