Position: Adoption & Change Management Architect / Consultant (Microsoft 365 Co-pilot)
Location: Australia / New Zealand (Remote)
Employment Type: Freelance/ Consulting
Duration: 6 months Full time contract (Extendable)
Position Summary: We are seeking dynamic and experienced Change Architects and Consultants to lead the successful implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot across our clients' organisations.
This role involves developing and executing tailored change management strategies to facilitate user adoption, manage resistance, and create a sustainable change environment.
Key Responsibilities: User Adoption Strategies: Develop detailed user adoption strategies tailored to each client's unique workflows and requirements.Identify key stakeholders and users affected by the technological shift, and design a comprehensive change management plan.Monitor and track adoption progress, providing consistent updates and adjustments as needed.Creating Awareness: Engage and inform employees about the upcoming changes, clarifying the reasons and impacts in an understandable and relatable manner.Facilitate awareness sessions to ensure all employees understand the benefits and applications of Microsoft 365 Copilot.Custom Training Programs: Design and deliver customized training programs to meet the learning requirements of different user groups.Provide adaptable and practical training to prepare employees for the integration of Generative AI into their daily tasks.Managing Resistance: Identify and address resistance to change, empowering employees to embrace new technologies.Listen to feedback and incorporate it into the change management plan to mitigate resistance effectively.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.
Certification: PROSCI Change Management Certification is preferred.
Experience: Overall 10 to 15 years of experience and 3 to 6 years of professional, progressive experience in change management is required.
Requirements: Strong process orientation and familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycleDetailed understanding and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsA working knowledge of large-scale technological implementationsBrings a strong professional presence in all environmentsExperience creating, leading, facilitating, and training virtual and in-person trainingExperience creating and supporting communication and change management plansMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills.
The ability to effectively influence stakeholders/project teams and to be well-skilled in both oral and written communication is requiredStrong understanding of AI and technology adoption in the workplace.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of applications.What We Offer: Comprehensive training and orientation for Microsoft 365 Co-pilot will be provided.If you have relevant change management experience and hold certifications other than PROSCI, we can arrange for PROSCI certification for qualified candidates.
