Our experienced and multi-disciplinary teams walk beside them every step of the way until they are living their lives with mana.Our services include two GP practices across two locations in New Plymouth and Whaitara, a community nursing team made up of long-term health, diabetes, cancer, child and respiratory specialists, mental health and addiction services, social service navigator support, alcohol and drug recovery, and youth services to help whanau address life issues that may impact their overall health and wellbeing.Our mahi (work) is challenging, fulfilling and can be life changing.As an organisation, we want our kaimahi (employees) to be at their best.

You will be responsible for providing patient-centred, culturally appropriate, individual holistic care to our enrolled population.
You will work closely with the GP's, nursing team, our intern nurse practitioner, practice pharmacist, pharmacist prescriber and our administration team to provide clinical guidance, assistance, education, and support.Kia ekena a angitu | To promote success in this role, you will haveCurrent registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand as a Nurse Practitioner/Matanga TapuhiCurrent practicing certificateIn depth knowledge of and passion for primary health careAbility to demonstrate advanced clinical nursing practiceA full, clean NZ Driver LicenceExperience in applying tikanga Maori as it applies in the role (desirable).This is a real opportunity for you to action meaningful change for your whanau/patients and the communities you are working with.
