• Being able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects Our Online Coordinator will assist with filling orders, sorting stock for the website and processing customer returns.
The core duties and responsibilities include: Picking Orders Packing Orders They must inspect the items to ensure that they're not damaged or missing any parts, package them according to the specified requirements and ensure that the shipping sticker is placed on the correct package.
Maintaining Inventory Stock management – monitoring stock arrival dates, managing pre-orders, and stock available online to purchase.
Unpacking stock.
Manual restock Working closely and building store relations with the store.
general housekeeping and helping out in store Providing solutions and dealing with customer complaints and enquires.
