As such, you will play a part in Aon's ongoing internal risk mitigation strategies and business excellence initiatives.This role would see you:Conducting compliance and quality assurance testing work across the branch network focused on audit/remediation activity.Analysing and assessing test results.Generating detailed reports recording all assurance activities under the programme and highlighting key findings.Identifying and addressing trends and gaps in processes that can lead to risk exposure for the business.Engaging with front-line colleagues throughout the branch network to assist and improve understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements and broking standards.About youYou could have a background in General Insurance Broking, Administration or Office Support, or exposure to Compliance and Quality Assurance programmes, with phenomenal attention to detail. If you don't have prior insurance experience, then training will be provided if you are eager to learn.To hit the ground running, you should have:Outstanding attention to detailAbility to analyse and interpret dataExcellent time management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsSolid understanding of Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word and preferably SharePoint)Interest in affirming our commitment to providing great outcomes for our clients and promoting a good risk culture amongst broking colleagues.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
