You will work for clients who not only care about success in the marketplace but are passionate about the role of brands in helping bring about social change.Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall management of a client account including creation and communication of effective brand strategies, annual fee and contract negotiations, account staffing and oversight of all client relations and presentations.Manages a portfolio of brands.Along with Creative Directors and Strategic Planner, sets creative and strategic tone for client account.Partners with Senior Planners to develop and implement highly strategic plans for brand.Problem solves on high level account and production issues and knows when to involve Management.Builds and maintains top level client relationships; acts as key partner and advisor to clients offering strategies and solutions to address their business challenges.Oversees annual fee and contract negotiations; works closely with Finance on contract and fee proposals.Leads monthly client revenue tracking and analyzes revenue impact on account and agency profitability.Committed to constantly improving our work, and how we work.Always on a look out for opportunities to grow business behind access to wider Groupe capabilities.Maintains a sense of discretion and professionalism, representing the Groupe.Expectations:Believe passionately in the power of creativity.Inspire people with a diverse range of skills and perspectives to work towards a common goal.Ideas and your voice will be heard, respected and protected with passion.Will be tested and challenged, but equally supported, encouraged and celebrated.Nurture the next generation of leaders.Reflect our "People First" ethos, where the best work comes from a happy, secure and motivated team.Requirements:Min 10+ years experience in a creative advertising agency.Strong strategic thinking and experience delivering successful integrated communications.Must have solid experience in global accounts.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required.Strong financial understanding of budgeting, estimating and agency profitability.A proven track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees.Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail.Exceptional initiative and follow through skills.
