The hotel has also won Best Hotel at the Lion Hospitality NZ Award and Excellence in Service at the Grand South Awards 2022.Fable Dunedin Hotel is looking for a Night Auditor to assist with our Night Guest Services.You will be responsible for assisting late check-in guests, after hour in room dining orders, and other tasks for the night shift.Key responsibilities:Ensure an efficient and professional reception experience for guests during night shiftsAssist with reception duties, including answering phone callsPerform and assist Night Audit operationsAssist with late in room dining order deliveryAssist with valet parking operationsHandle guest complaints efficiently & effectivelyEnsure that the Night Manager on duty is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departmentsDemonstrate and maintain high level of customer serviceFollow company brand standardsGuest services and hotel security - Conduct safety walksOvernight reservations handlingRequirements and Skills:The ability to work night shifts, generally from 11pm to 7.30amFirst Aid Training Certificate is advantageousA positive, reliable, charismatic and can-do attitudeOutstanding attention to detail and accuracyCalm, efficient, and excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-taskCurrent eligibility to work in New ZealandNZ Full Driving License preferredWhat we offer at CPG Hotels:Paid Birthday OffEndless career and growth opportunitiesFantastic rewards and recognition initiativesFlexible schedule to suit your lifestyleFree access to hundreds of online Hospitality coursesA variety of amazing corporate discountsSound like a good fit?
