Survey Technician

They are looking for an experienced Survey Technician to join their Central Otago team. They will be hitting the ground running working on a mixture of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.This presents an excellent chance to become part of an organization that places a strong emphasis on its culture of collaboration and focus, something they pride themselves on across their multiple offices throughout the South Island.You will haveDiploma or degree in surveying, geospatial sciences, or a related field.Proficiency in surveying techniques and equipment, including GPS, total stations, and data collection software.Strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Demonstrated track record as a survey technician, with a combination of office & site-based experience.Ability to work in varying weather conditions and challenging terrain.Exceptional analytical skills, adept at problem-solving and decision-making.The roleYou will play a crucial role in supporting our surveying and geospatial teams to gather accurate data, create comprehensive maps, and contribute to the success of various projects across the region.
