* We are recruiting for positions across Digital Operations to play a crucial role in shaping the future of our enterprise-wide digital products and services.
* Wellington based Permanent role Salary range $132 to $160k per annum.
Tenei turanga - About the Role: As an Enterprise Product Owner within our Digital Operations team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and successful deployment of digital products and services across the enterprise.
Focused on maximising the value of specific ICT products you will look at areas for product development and be responsible for the creation of pipelines prioritising them based on the overall strategy and business objectives.
The appointee will map out product dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of change in line with the release dates of products.
The successful applicant will be integral in driving the development and delivery of transformative digital products and services.

Nga pukenga me nga wheako e hiahiatia ana - Skills and Experience Required * A solid understanding of digital operations and extensive' experience in Cloud computing, SaaS, Data Analytics, and Automation.
* Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
* Proven experience as a Product Owner, with familiarity in product practices, management, and delivery.
* Subject matter expertise or experience in managing the technical delivery and management of Power Platform Demonstrated experience, and exposure to: * SharePoint Online.
* Dynamics 365.
* Strong knowledge of Power Platform governance and security best practices.
* Microsoft Certification in Power Platform will be advantageous.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop new solutions and improve existing platforms.
* Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
