'A better day, every day'He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga | About the role Join Access Community Health/Uru Atea as an Advanced Support Worker, focusing on evaluating, training, and supporting our general support workforce.Key Responsibilities:Community-Based Assessments: Evaluate support workers' care practices (e.g., handwashing, moving and handling).
Provide in-field guidance to improve skills and ensure compliance with policies.In-Office Leadership: Organize and lead workshops to enhance worker competencies.
