You'll be responsible for managing the team, maximising sales, and ensuring every customer walks away satisfied. The store's success will be in your hands, and you'll ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Leading and inspiring your team to reach sales targets while delivering top-notch customer service.Managing stock control, visual merchandising, and ensuring the shop floor always looks its best.Overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening, closing, and cash management.Ensuring the team consistently follows company policies and procedures, keeping the store efficient and compliant.This is about more than just managing a store—it's about building an environment where your team can thrive, customers love to shop, and success is the standard.
About You You're a leader who knows how to bring out the best in people. With experience in retail management, you've seen it all and know how to keep things moving smoothly. You have a passion for fashion and know how to create a shopping experience that's as stylish as the products on the shelves.
