About the role Improve Air Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanical Services Technician to join our team in Auckland.
This full-time role will involve providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our commercial and residential customers.
As a Mechanical Services Technician, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of HVAC, refrigeration and other mechanical systems.
What you'll be doing Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing on a variety of mechanical systemsDiagnosing and troubleshooting issues with HVAC, refrigeration and other mechanical equipmentRepairing and replacing faulty components to restore systems to optimal performanceProviding technical advice and support to customersMaintaining detailed records of all work undertakenEnsuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulationsSupporting the wider team as neededWhat we're looking for Relevant trade qualifications in Refrigeration and Air ConditioningMinimum 3 years experience as a Mechanical Services Technician or similar roleStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC and refrigerationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong customer service orientationCommitment to safety and quality standardsExcellent communication and documentation skillsLicensed Electrical Service Technician New Zealand Drivers Licence Right to work in New ZealandIQP Registered is a bonus What we offer At Improve Air Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
