As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be stationed at our in-store service desk, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries and providing advice to processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers.You'll also support our Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and ensuring the safety of our store.
