This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, appreciates a collaborative environment, and is committed to ongoing improvement in all aspects of their role.As a key part of our engineering team, here's what you can expect:Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems to ensure reliable and efficient plant operation.Breakdown Response: Quickly resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime, keeping production flowing smoothly.Installation and Upgrades: Assist with new equipment installations and system upgrades, boosting efficiency and safety.Compliance and Safety: Follow NZ regulations and company safety policies, report incidents, and maintain a clean, organised workspace.Quality Standards: Ensure all work meets ISO and quality standards, supporting our commitment to excellence.Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections to aid compliance and continuous improvement.Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to problem-solving and cross-functional projects, enhancing safety and productivity across our operations.About YouWe're looking for an Electrician who combines technical expertise with a proactive and safety-focused mindset. Ideally, you'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to bring both skill and teamwork to our operation.
