We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is prepared to go the extra mile to deliver top-notch service. You'll be working in a supportive team from a well-appointed office, with plenty of variety in your day-to-day tasks.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple propertiesConducting regular inspections and managing maintenance requestsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractorsHandling lease renewals, tenant move-ins, and move-outsResponding to out-of-hours emergencies as neededConducting showings and inspectionsWhat We're Looking For:High energy and motivation, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesStrong communication and organisational skillsA flexible schedule, including availability for weekend work and out-of-hours callsA proactive approach to solving problems and resolving issuesPrevious experience in property management or a related field is preferredWhat We Offer:A friendly, collaborative team and a beautiful office environmentDiverse and engaging work with no two days the sameOpportunities for growth and development within the companyIf you're ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role and bring your passion for property to our team, apply today
