Your main responsibilities include: Greeting (and charming) customers. Making, serving and selling cocktails, coffees, shots, bottled, mixed drinks and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Setting up the bar for busy periods and completing the opening / closing systems including cleaning and maintaining bar service areas. Promoting products and upselling. Washing glassware, arranging bottles and glasses as well as tapping kegs and attaching supply lines. Handling customer payments. Assisting the sales manager as required. Skills / Experience We are looking for an energetic, flexible and hard working candidate. You have 1-2 years hospitality experience and are looking to take things to the next level. When starting out with us you will become a pro on the bar and/or floor and if willing and keen we will progress you into the management team and take you through all the training required. You also: Have a passion for making drinks and experiences. Have a professional approach to handling different situations. Have a fun personality We love giving our customers a great experience.
