NZCL is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to support people in their own homes.We are looking for full-time and casual Support Workers to help the people we support in our Napier and Hastings residential services.What does a Support Worker do?

:People who are passionate about helping others, are kind, and understandingPrevious experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience with disabilities and challenging behavioursFull driver's licence is essentialSomebody who has the initiative to help people achieve their goals, is energetic, outgoing, and can think outside the boxYou need to be respectful of others' thinking and their way of living life that may be different from your ownFlexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekendsEmpathy, respect, and cultural awareness are important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.If you are passionate about supporting people, then maybe there is a role for you here.
